TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All taxes including the service tax will be charged extra as applicable.
2. Freight & Cartage will be charged extra as applicable.
3. Tent size mentioned may change/ differ as per requirement at the venue.
4. Temporary Connection / Diesel Cost paid by the customer before Event (Cost Not included in Package).
5. Any change in the Event / Program / Menu should be informed in writing / by e-mail 30 days prior to the date of the event. Discretion to accommodate such changes lies solely with Radiance India Industries Pvt. Ltd.
6. Several of the services we outsource on your behalf, such as musicians, Videographer and photographers are contracted on a time basis. If these times are exceeded, Radiance Events reserves the right to charge you for any excess billing.
7. If actual attendance is below the Guaranteed Number, the customer will, nonetheless, be charged for the Guaranteed Number. Once the number of pax mentioned in the SLA is signed and agreed is final and serves as the minimum guarantee, in case of any increment in the number of pax, the client has to pay extra.
8. Any loss or damages directly by the party or by any contractor engaged by the party will be adjusted from the refundable security deposit. In case the value of the loss is greater than the refundable security deposit, the same will be recovered from the party before leaving the lawn post-event.
9. Seasonal fruits, vegetables or other perishables are subject to availability.
10. Any additional service/goods ordered will be charged extra as applicable.
11. All Disputes will be subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
Booking & payments
Booking will be considered Confirm only after receiving the payment in advance.
Payments: (To be made in Cash/DD/ A/c payee cheque in the name of Radiance India Industries Pvt. Ltd.
a. 30% of the total estimated amount as advance at the time of booking.
b. 50% of the total estimated amount to be received 45 days before the date of the event.
c. 20% of the total estimated amount to be received one day before the date of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All taxes including the service tax will be charged extra as applicable.
2. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Radiance India Industries Pvt. Ltd.
3. Within 7 days after the advance amount is received, if the event is cancelled by the client, then the client will be entitled to 50% of the total paid amount, less any supplier cancellation charges.
4. Within 15 days after the advance amount is received, if the event is cancelled by the client then the client will be entitled to 20% of the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges.
5. After 15 days, if the event canceled by the client then, the client will not be entitled to get back any of the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges.
6. The strict cancellation policy will apply to all other services.
7. Please note that irrespective of the above-mentioned cancellations slabs, there would be a service charge of 10% which would be applicable in case of cancellation of services after the booking is made with us.
8. Radiance India Industries Pvt. Ltd. Will is not liable for any interruption or disturbance/cancellation in the event/program due to Natural Disaster/Riots/Fire/Flood/Cyclone/Curfew etc.
9. As per the government guidelines, in case of lockdown due to covid, the company or the guest can postpone the event. Radiance Events will not refund any amount, in case of cancellation of the event. The company will be ready to adjust the postponment of date of the event till one year of the actual date booked with us. After one year of the date, the company will not be liable to provide the services or any refund for the amount paid to the company.
10. In concern to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be calculated on the basis of cancellation policy as explained above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that it may take 4 – 8 weeks for the refund process due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
11. In case of Hotel bookings, if you cancel the package after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers and vendors we deal with. For any unused hotel accommodation, Venue Charges, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we, at Radiance Events is not responsible to refund any amount.
